Great results from CGT

Details: If you're reading this you probably already know about the good things creatine, glutamine and taurine can do for you. I've been lifting for almost 20 years, and at this point in the game I always use some kind of preworkout booster. One day I added a couple of spoons of this to H+ Blocker, which I love, and had just about the best workout I've ever had. Set new PBs for dumbbell bench press and standing barbell curls on the same day. That's huge! (no pun intended) The wild berry flavor was fine, and flavor-wise, I think this would work well with almost anything. You could also use the CGT as Optimum Nutrition intended, as standalone stimulant-free preworkout drink. CGT would also be a great next step-up for people who are already using plain creatine monohydrate but want to take it a step further.
