Works for me

Been using this for about 6 months. This needs to be used along with other supplements. This just really helps get nutrients to your muscles. You do feel a pump, not an insane rage and if used properly you will see a difference. I do take 3 servings a day. That's 9 pills. I take 3 pills 30 minutes before my morning shake/Breakfast. I take 3 30 minutes before my lunch and 3 before I work out. I workout about 50 minutes to an hour 5 days a week. Maybe it doesn't work for everyone but i find that a little hard to believe considering how Arginine works.

useless

I've been using this supplement per the instructions on the bottle for about a month and a half now. No appreciable gains in strength or stamina. ON makes good products, but this is a huge disappointment. Arginine is useful for endogenous creatine synthesis, but studies on stamina and GH levels are not conclusive. I would avoid an arginine supplement in favour of a good creatine supplement and protein-rich diet. And certainly ignore the libido boost notion. Vasodilation has intrinsically nothing to do with sex drive, and studies show that supplementation with arginine alone has a negligible effect on ED.
