Takes a lot to make a difference.

I'm a pretty small guy, so I though taking one or two of these would help relax me, but to no avail. I had to take 4 to get the chill pill effect. At 6 I fell asleep, but it doesn't seem like for that long. I know that if you want to sleep soundly, taking ZMA with Melatonin and 5-HTP helps.
