Manufacturer's Directions
As a dietary supplement, take one serving of Pro-Rx Muscle Pump with 12-16 oz of water 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to training session. Continue water consumption throughout the workout. Add an additional one serving and 12-16 oz of water immediately after session for increased effectiveness.
