Calling these peanut butter cups is a farce. DO not taste like peanut butter at ALL. Dry, crumbly and just gross. The chocolate does not melt and feels like chunks of plastic in your mouth. The substance they call "peanut butter" does not taste anything like actual peanut butter and is more like a mouthful of sand. Do not buy these.

The best protein 'candy' alternative I've had

I'm a low carber, and these are great! Yes, the peanut butter filling has a drier texture (it is a protein bar, after all), but there are flavor effects that are very close to an actual Reeses cup - obviously without as much sweetness - but if you are eating these I am assuming you are trying to give up sugar and adjust your palate to less sweetness, so consider this a good thing. These actually are quite satisfying as a treat, as well as will curb your hunger for quite some time - much better than actual candy that will make you crash and have no real nutritional value. Please keep making these, Quest! Helps me not cheat! Yay!

Dry and bitter but to be expected.

Looks like peanut butter cups. Chocolate is unsweetened and the peanut butter has a dry texture. You will want to take smaller bites and have a liquid nearby to help consume it. As a candy bar substitute it does work well. I have grown to like them and will be them again.
