Directions from

1. AM Citrus Cleanse: Mix one serving in 6 oz. water or apple juice, blend well. Drink on empty stomach first thing in the morning.
2. Daily Fruit & Fiber: Blend or mix one packet in water or juice and drink 30 minutes before meals, once a day. Follow with 6-8 oz. glass of water (add a little lemon if desired).
3. PM Purify: Take 3 capsules after dinner; for extra cleansing support, take 1-2 after breakfast. Do not use for more than 2 consecutive weeks.
