All natural and the best!
These are the best prenatal vitamins, ever. I took them for my first and only child in 2010 not only while pregnant but nursing, as well. I was very happy to find all natural vitamins that included DHA supplements. It was exactly what I was looking for. I unfortunately could not hold anything down to the point where I had to be given medication to hold food down, so I had to take the vitamins at night which worked great. During my whole pregnancy while on these vitamins, I did not get sick once. I took these vitamins along with eating very healthy during pregnancy. I would highly recommend these vitamins if you are expecting and also if you plan to nurse to afterwards.
