I have tried several sleeping aids, this one is the best.

Details: I have sleeping problem. Staying up throughout the night and able to sleep only at the early hours. Normally I used Valium 2 mg which was good but it not freely available and my doctor did not recommend it because it is addictive. Fortunately a friend of mine introduced me with Melatonin Plus and it worked fine with me and I used it one every two days. The only side effect I noticed was the slight difficulty in opening my eyelids on waking up but 15 minutes later I feel refreshed.
