Fat Burner Plus is enhanced with the well researched Hydrocitric Acid (HCA) which is the active ingredient extracted from Garcinia Cambosia. HCA is a "lipogenesis Inhibitor" meaning that it slows down the production of fat from the metabolism of protein and carbohydrates.

Manufacturer's Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 2-3 times per day with 8 ounces of water. For best results, take 30 minutes prior to meals. Do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24 hr period.
