Mix (1) scoop of SIDE EFFECT MUSCLE BUILDER concentrated formula with 12-16 ounces of water and drink before, during, or after any athletic activity. Dor maximum effectiveness, take on an empty stomach. After personal tolerance has been assessed, vary the amount of water to achiever your desired flavor and sweetness level. Do not exceed 2 servings within a 24 hour period.
