This product is formulated using a patent-pending, two-stage, timed-release concept. 1/2 of the Vitamin C is rapidly released and the remaining Vitamin C is gradually released over a 12-hour period. Taking 1 capsule in the morning and another 12 hours later helps extend the availability of Vitamin C the body over a 24-hour period. Super Bio C also contains Calcium Carbonate and Magnesium Oxide to buffer the natural acidity of Vitamin C.
