Mix 1/3 scoop twice daily with water or your drink of choice, on an empty stomach. (3g scoop included). Triple this amount in times of environmental or physcial stress. For children, cut these serving sizes in half. For athletic training and recovery purposes, it is safe to ingest up to 7 scoops (21g) per day.
