Directions from

Based on taste preference, mix one scoop of Nectar Lattes per 8 ounces of water or milk. For those with lower protein needs, one half scoop may be consumed with 4 ounces of water or milk. For a warm beverage, microwave on high setting for 40 seconds. Consume Nectar two to three times per day to satisfy your protein requirements. Remember, the best times for supplementing protein are immediately upon rising in the morning, after intense physical activity such as weight training and prior to sleep. | Details: I just take cold water out of refridgerator and put a scoop in and mix with a fork and add ice...it blends up so well mixing with a fork and has a wonderful taste.....thanks...for such a great product...

| Details: This stuff tastes exactly like Lemon tea, it's delicious! This is my first time trying Nectar, and with this flavor when I shake it I get a whole lot of foam that doesn't settle. I've heard of people having no problems with this with other flavors however.
