Add one packet to a standard 16 ounce (473 ml) bottle of water. As a pre-workout supplement, drink about 1 hour before workout to enhance workout (endurance, stamina). As a weight loss supplement, drink 15 minutes before main meals. Do not exceed 3 packets per day.
This product contains a significantly potent xanthine (i.e., caffeine and caffeine-like stimulants) mixture of about 150 mg per regular 1-packet serving.
