B-12 Sublingual Dots
Description
from
TWINLAB
Vitamin B-12 is naturally found in animal products like fish, meat, poultry, eggs milk and milk products. It is produced by microorganisms such as bacteria, and algae. Animals do not create their own B-12; animal products provide us with vitamin B-12 because animals ingest the microorganisms that produce this nutrient.
B-12 is found in the highest concentrations in our liver, and to a lesser extent, our kidneys. When taken with folic acid, vitamin B-12 may help to support healthy homocysteine levels already within the normal range. An excessive intake of alcohol can interfere with your body's ability to absorb vitamin B-12.
