Overview
While your bones are mainly composed of Calcium, your body needs more than just that single mineral to build strong, healthy bones. Twinlab Tri-Boron Plus uses a specific blend of minerals to make sure your bones are actually able to use all the calcium you take in. The major ingredients are Boron, Magnesium, Vitamin D3, and of course Calcium. Magnesium and Vitamin D3 are essential for calcium absorption and a compound called Betaine HCl (Hydrochloride) is also added to further improve calcium and magnesium absorption.
Zinc, Manganese, and Copper are also added, which help enzymes function that support bone health, growth, and maintenance. Manufacturer's Directions
As a dietary supplement, take four capsule daily, preferably two capsules with breakfast and two capsules with an evening meal. Studies indicate that calcium is best utilized when taken in multiple doses.
