Manufacturer's Directions
For men only. Take 2 capsules daily, preferably 1 capsule during the daytime and another capsule 60 minutes before bedtime. Begin use with half the recommended dose (1 capsule daily) to assess tolerance. Also follow a low cholesterol and low animal fat diet and exercise program daily.
