Take 2 packs a day for 3 straight weeks. 1 pack on waking & the other 4-6 hours later. Follow a 3 weeks "on", 1 week "off" cycle. After the week off, you can run it again. The Thermogenic Complex is in the red capsule & the Diuretic Complex is in the blue capsules.

Know the Product, in order to Enjoy it.

First off, Animal Cuts is an exceptional product, yet another fantastic Universal product. I didn't know what Cuts would do, as it was my first Thermogenic to ever take, and was surprised at how "effectively" it worked. It is nine pills, a mouth full to be sure. However it really works. I did two cycles of Cuts, one week between the cycles. There are diuretic pills, and an appetite suppressant in the formation. Two tips, one is know what Thermo's do first. You may have an upset stomach when you first start, especially if you work out in the morning. However this is not Cuts being faulty, it's the Thermo's at work in your system. Second tip, DO NOT ingest additional caffeine while taking Cuts. I am a coffee drinker, and take four large mugs a day. You need to stop as much caffeine intake as possible when taking Cuts. Caffeine will negate the effects of the appetite suppressant; leaving you always hungry. Overall, Animal Cuts is a terrific product for getting leaner, more "ripped and cut", and of course for losing water weight. In my two cycles ( about 2 months), I lost a good nine pounds of water weight, increased my tone as well. Give this product time to work, keep the good hard workout going.

Animal Cuts is legit

Animal Cuts is very powerful and works fast. A little goes a long way for me and I find myself cycling it on/off for 2 weeks at a time. It's most effective when you combine it with a super low carb (keto) diet because it flushes all the excess water and bloat right out of you. A lot of other stims and fat burners don't include the diuretic complex, which really really makes a difference. If you're already fairly lean, you'll look SUPER lean on Animal Cuts. If you're not, well, this will definitely help you get there!

Not for the faint of hear

This is probably one of the first views i've ever written. I ordered this product about 2 weeks ago and have been taking them for about a week I can honestly say this is THE BEST fat burner i have ever used. Each packet is 9 pills so it seems a tad overkill, but well wroth it. I take one pack instead of the rec. two packets a day if i wasnt forcing down protein shakes and chicken i honestly would forget to eat. I cannot say enough good things about the animal line of products, i hope this no bs review helps to make the choice alittle easier

worth the money

I have taken some other weight loss supplements and thermos but by far this has been the best for me. I dropped 4lbs of fat with 20 mins of cardio 5 days a week. I plan on taking Animal cuts again. Universal Nutrition lives up to its name in my book...

This product helped me diet down for my contest.

Animal Cuts was very instrumental in helping me to drop weight and shed water while prepping for the Oregon Bodybuilding Championships July 12, 2008. Unlike some cutting products, I did not get the shakes or feel wired while on Animal Cuts. The product did what it said it was supposed to do and I'm looking forward to using it again when I diet down for my next competition.
