Take one pack within 30 minutes following resistance training. For better results, take one pack immediately before lifting and a second within 30 minutes after. Take on an empty stomach, preferably with 8 oz. of grape or other fruit juice.

Great recovery product

Details: I use Animal Nitro as part of my recovery after training. It supplies all the Essential Amino Acids in the right amount and in the same ratio as human muscle protein. This product just makes sense for recovery and has worked well for me since 2006.
