Mix 1 slightly rounded scoop with 6-12 oz. of water or skim milk. On training days take a minimum of two servings daily with one serving within 45 minutes after training and the other serving between meals. | Details: I bought this because it was cheap. (I have no idea why protein prices are going up every five minutes?) This protein taste fine, good in water and great in milk. The powder is heavy, but it mixes easily. No clumps or bloating. There is a little mocha cappuccino chemical after taste, but it's not bad. The protein profile is nice. I bought the 10 pound bucket and it is seriously a gigantic black heavy duty bucket. It's awesome and mean looking, but the lid is a nuisance. It's a peal back lid, but the seal on this bucket is no joke, so you'll have to wrestle it off. I drink a couple shakes a day, so I'm thinking, "I gotta open that thing again?" All in all its great and I will buy it again!

| Details: I bought this because it was cheap. And, yeah, it's a cheap protein... It's the third time I gave Universal Nutrition a try, and for sure it'll be the last.
The past products I ordered were hard to swallow, with terrible taste. This one tastes like nothing. So why care to choose a flavor?
Some say taste doesn't matter if the profile is good enough. I think it's a dumb think to say, considering there're tons of supplements out there with a good profile and an incredible taste.
I believe Universal Nutrition is overated, specially the Animal line. The marketing is great tough, what carries the other products.
I'm done with this company.

| Details: I have tried 3 flavors, Mocha Cap., Double Choc. Chip and Vanilla. Vanilla isn't great, but is one of the better tasting vanillas i Have had, and i like it better than ON vanilla. That being said, both the Mocha and the double choc chip are fantastic for the price. Are they as good tasting as the ON...no, but they are close enough to make this worth buying for sure. Mixability in both water and milk are excellent, no clumping to speak of. Taste is definitely present, and texture is nice and smooth. There is no unpleasant after taste or after effects, no bloating to speak of and no belching it back up. I can find nothing bad to say about this protein, and have definitely found my new staple. When comparing cheaper proteins, this Beats Dymatize hands-down in the taste department. If you are looking for a cost-effective protein supplement, give this a try, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
