Stir 1-3 Ultra-Concentrated Scoops with 4-8 ounces of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before beginning activity. Due to extreme potency, it's highly recommended to assess tolerance by using 1 to 1 1/2 scoop serving before consuming full dose, especially if you are sensitive to stimulants. Some individuals may find 1, 1.5 or 2 scoops per serving is the ideal dose for workout domination. Do not exceed 3 scoops in any 24-hour period.

 Strong stuff!

| Details: This stuff probably isn't for people who are new to stimulants or preworkout amplifiers. I'm no caffeine virgin and the first time I used this stuff (2 scoops), it made me feel like I'd smoked a pound of crack! But after the first time, the effects are much more tolerable. It works amazingly. It makes you sweat a lot more, which I don't care for, but you feel great. You'll get more reps with more weight than you otherwise would. And you stay focused, alert, and motivated the entire time you're hitting the weights. I've been using SuperPump 250 too...I mixed SuperPump and Jack3D yesterday for a nice energy and strength boost for leg day...that works amazingly. If you think you can handle the enormous amount of energy you'll get from this stuff, you will not regret trying it!

| Details: I am really impressed with this stuff! I have tried and liked NO xplode, Shotgun NO and Superpump 250, but this stuff works different for me. I can't hit the gym till' 7:30pm, so Im in need of an energy kick. I also drink coffee all day, so stims are wasted on me. Jack3d does the trick, because I get my energy kick and I am able to fall asleep by 10:30pm. I have to comment on the terrible packaging though. USP labs put a flyer in the small container and I haven't been able to pull it out without losing some powder. The taste is awesome, but my fruit punch smells like cocoa butter and and smells up my house everytime I open it up. I'll stop nitpicking, because this stuff rocks.

| Details: I am a huge fan of USP Labs & their products and highly recommend any of their products, HOWEVER, DO NOT combine Oxy Elite with Jack3d! This is a horrible idea, as I found out through trial and error. I had one serving of each @ 6:30pm and was lit until 1am (luckily it was a Friday night), WITHOUT a crash! My heart rate was off the wall and I felt so paranoid! I use Jack3d on weight training days & Oxy Elite on cardio days. I just combined them to see the results, do not do it kiddos!

| Details: Now I'm always hearing these unreal faked or paid reviews about "HOW AWESOME AND POWERFUL THIS NEW SUPPLEMENT IS!"
But I've tried all kinds of things from pills that make me shake (Hydroxycut) to powders that give me violent diahrrea (Muscletech). Now I want you to trust me on this one because I'm not being paid to write this review. This is for all you others going through the gauntlet of finding good and bad stuff to use for lifting. This SH*T really put me in the zone in the gym. I was lifting like my life depended on it or something. I murdered an old plateau and then added some more sets, then jumped on the treadmill which is amazing because cardio is what I dread. Me and a friend took this and had to leave because we pushed ourselves so far we were feeling light headed. Seriously use this stuff with caution because it really is jack3d. It's a small container but oh so potent, believe me you can taste it. This is one of those few products that hold up to the hype it gets. Seriously though start off with one scoop because it will hit you and give you intense focus and energy.
I love this stuff and honestly didn't think anything lived up to the hype.
