Overview

Manufacturer's Directions
On workout days: As a dietary supplement take 1-3 capsules 30 minutes before workout. For best results work up to 3 capsules. Take an additional 1-3 capsules before bed on an empty stomach. For best results take 2-3 capsules.
Rest Days: As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 capsules before bed on an empty stomach.
Cycle PowerFULL 6 days on followed by 1 day off. For example dose on Monday thru Saturday and do not dose on Sunday.
