As a dietary supplement, the maximum recommended serving is three MELTDOWN capsules. However, begin use with one to two MELTDOWN capsules daily or in a single dose. As a dietary supplement take MELTDOWN BIOLIQUID capsules upon awakening. To avoid muscle breakdown during resistance training or cardiovascular exercise, always ingest some type of high grade protein, such as, ZERO CARB PROTEIN and/or ZERO IMPACT PROTEIN prior to training.
