Manufacturer's Directions
Add 3 scoops (1 serving or 150 g) of Stealth to 16 ounces of cold water or skim milk. Mix in a blender or shaker cup for 30 seconds and consume. For the most rapid weight gain consume one serving of Stealth 30 minutes before and immediately after training. Also, consume Stealth on non-training days first thing in the morning and then as a mid-day meal. It is important to consume 10 additional ounces of water following each great tasting Stealth shake. Also, make sure to eat at least three balanced whole food meals per day in addition to drinking Stealth.
Prepare to grow by consuming one serving of STEALTH 30 minutes before exercise to flood your body with the key muscle building anabolic compounds. Also saturate muscles with another serving of STEALTH post-workout to insure explosive muscle growth and recovery.
