Manufacturer's Directions
Take 2 capsules 3 times daily. For increased fiber levels use up to 24 capsules per day (6 capsules, 4 times daily). Do not exceed 24 capsules/day. Do not use for more than 2 weeks continuously. Take this product with at least 12 oz of water or other liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking (see warning).
