Mankind has sought natural ways to increase sexual desire and response since time immemorial. Yet the search for that magical, universally-effective ‘aphrodisiac’ continues into modern times.
Because sexual desire and response depend on so many factors – biological, hormonal, mental, emotional, situational – there will probably never be an aphrodisiac that works for every person, on every occasion.
Despite this, there are many substances people can successfully use to increase sexual desire and response, although it can take some experimentation for each person to identify which things work for him or her. These substances include yohimbe, maca, tribulus, horny goat weed (aka epimedium), ginseng and damiana.
