Boswellia is an herb from which a herbal-medicinal resin is collected. This resin is probably similar to the frankincense of Biblical lore. Boswellin is one of the primary active ingredients in boswellia. Boswellia has been used in traditional Asian herbal medicine for thousands of years, including Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicines.

Health Benefits of Boswellia

Boswellia has anti-inflammatory properties¹ and seems to improve the response to other joint supplements like Glucosamine and MSM. Boswellia is also used or recovery from traumatic injuries.
