Fo-ti Supplements: Information

Fo-ti is also known as He Shou Wu and as Polygonum multiflorum. Fo-ti is an ancient medicinal herb used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Fo-ti has been used historically to restore and rejuvenate the health of persons who are overworked, undernourished, sleep-deprived and/or recovering from illness or injury.

Fo-ti's Health Benefits

In modern times Fo-ti is most often used to promote the growth of hair, especially hair that is prematurely gray, thinning, or falling out as a result of disease or poor nutrition. Some studies support the use of fo-ti to help manage menopausal symptoms.¹
