What are B-Vitamins?
The group of B-vitamins includes biotin, folic acid, choline, inositol, vitamin B-1, vitamin B-2, vitamin B-3, vitamin B-5, vitamin B-6 and vitamin B-12.
Health Benefits
B-vitamins are essential for proper cell structure and function, and support the muscles, liver, cardiovascular system, brain and other important body functions. Poor diet and certain conditions such as malabsorption, alcoholism, HIV disease, etc. can cause a B-vitamin deficiency. Deficiencies include many unpleasant physical and neurological symptoms, and may even result in death if not treated.
