Great taste, lactose free, low calorie What could be better?
I have been using this product daily for more than 5 years. My regular source no longer carries the lactose free variety. I tried a few other kinds but couldnt get the lactose free or the taste was so nasty I couldnt stand it. I was so happy to find my faithful standby here! I make mine with Almond Milk and add powdered fiber for a rich creamy morning starter.
Great taste, loved to take this product, seem to work very well with my body.
I am lactose intolerant and cytosport muscle milk taste like a real milk shake be it in vanilla or cholocate thats my fav.

Muscle Milk Light Vanilla
I love muscle milk light vanilla. I have had it every morning for breakfast for about 10 years. It keeps me full until lunchtime and provides good protein. I have used it post work out as well but I don't use it for this purpose regularly.
I like to mix it with skim milk instead of water to make it creamier. Friends have always been skeptical of protein shakes saying that they are chalk-like, but 3 of my friends that have tried it have now become regular muscle milk drinkers.
I am now pregnant with my first child and received an ok from my doctor to continue drinking the shakes in the morning as long as I was not using them in place of all of my daily meals. I am not sure if this kept morning sickness at bay because it kept me fuller longer, but I had no morning sickness. I am 17 weeks along and my doctor is always happy to report a strong heartbeat and no health problems.
Great product and definitely affordable and easy! Hope this helps! If you have tasted the pre-bottled muscle-milk, mixing your own is way better! Especially with milk!
oh...and I have used the protein in different other foods, the one that kind of amazed me was homemade whole wheat pizza crust. When we put protein in our recipe, it seemed to make the crust rise better. Maybe its just been coincidence that the humidity and room temp were just right, but it sure is delicious!
