Here is the dosing structure: about 6 per day is maintaining. You are trying to replenish, so more like 12 to 15 per day. The only limiting factor is magnesium, too much gives you a loose stool. Spread out your daily amount. I take 2 or 3 at a time with a bottle of water. Start with 6 a day and quickly work up by adding 1 tablet per day until you get a loose stool then back off one tablet. We want to maximize your intake in order to replenish the mineral loss over years and due to childbirth.
Note: If you are taking a separate Magnesium supplement? Stop, because it is crushed rock and not usable by your cells. Remember this is not only about healthy bones, but all of our cells need these minerals to replicate property with good function.
These things taste terrible and make me break out. I can generally choke down some disgusting stuff but 8 months later, these are still sitting in my cupboard.
