I took this supplement as directed for a month and saw/felt no change whatsoever. It did not suppress my appetite or anything. This did not help me.
I like it. This is my favorite way to use Glucomannan.
In a jar, I put 8 oz of water a few ice cubes and add 1/2 scoop of Vanilla or Chocolate Whey and a spritz of Stevia. Then I open 4 capsules of Glucomannan and add to the above and shake well. Refrigerate. This is a good "pudding type snack" that is both filling and adds fiber to fill you. Since I avoid sugar and milk and ice cream, this satisfies my sweet dessert cravings. Whatever you put it in, it will thicken it. So it controls your weight by keeping you fuller and less hungry.
