Manufacturer's Directions
Measure 30 drops (1mL) into 1oz (2 tbsp) of water and mix well. Take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Wait 20 minutes before eating or drinking anything else. If needed, adjust the number of drops you take daily down as necessary. Do not take more than one serving per day. If you miss a day, do not double your dose.
