Manufacturer's Directions
For weight loss, adults take 2 softgels with a full glass of water 15 minutes before main meals. For a significant energy boost, take 1 or 2 softgels as needed. Do not exceed 6 softgels in any 24-hour period. Use in conjunction with any sensible diet and exercise program. Individual results will vary.
