I got Holy Basil Leaf by Gaia to mitigate my stressful work. I am experimenting with the frecuency since I find the recommended "twice daily" dosage quite strong. In my experience it promotes a sublime and creative state of being, opens perception, makes me more sensitive. I also could get sleepy, slow and tearful. I would recommend to try it for the first time on a weekend. In 48 hours you can feel light and rested. My favorite use of Holy Basil is to take it when I have time to do things such as sleeping, reading, walking and to do yoga.
Also I found Holy Basil to be useful when I am going through a very stressing and anxiety provoquing situation, week or season.
