Good, cheap, reliable source of Mg
This is the most reasonably priced source of chelated magnesium Ive found, by a wide margin.
These pills are large, and a bit chalky theyre not as smooth as, say, those from KAL. If you have trouble swallowing large pills, you may need to choose a different brand. However, only two pills are necessary to achieve the RDA, instead of 3 like most brands, so this little orange bottle is an honest two months supply of an essential mineral most people are deficient in.
Minus a star for being a bit big and chalky, but for less than half the cost of most other Mg chelates, I have to give this five stars.
