Ionic is the way to go!
I have tried many magnesium supplements and Ionic liquid Magnesium is by far the best! The absorption rate is high and I can feel the difference quickly. This seems to be a very good brand and it is reasonably priced!

Well absorbed Mg
Easily absorbed based on my experience. Muscle issues are fairly quickly eased, so I can tell it works. I diluted in juice or almond milk to mask the taste at first. Now, I prefer to add my full days amount to my full days water to spread out. Ive grown accustomed to the diluted taste. A little sea salt in the water also helps balance the taste. Is much easier on my colon than Natural Calm which I also like, so I am able to get more of it.

Amazing Results
I woke up in the middle of the night with leg cramps and was searching the web for something that would help. I found an article that said magnesium deficiency was the cause of cramps. It also told of a woman with fibermyalgia that started taking ionic magnesium and most of her pains went away. My mother had a brain injury and has been in a wheelchair learning to walk again. She is 80 years old and spent a lot of time in bed take naps throughout the day. She also had severe pains in her legs and throughout her body. I started giving her the ionic magnesium because it does not have the side affect of loose bowels like the pills do. I have been giving her 3/4 of a dropper full every morning with her juice (she weighs 115lbs). Right away she was up throughout the day with more energy and more alert. This has been great as now she is walking around more. About two weeks in she said to me at lunch one day that all her pains have went away, no more pains in her legs or in the rest of her body. I have been telling everyone and my sister started giving it to her husband with Parkinson disease and she has seen a difference just after him taking it for a week. Oh by the way, I don't have any more cramps. Who would have thought that something so simple would give the results that this has. Apparently we are all deficient in magnesium.
