Begin with 1-3 capsules per day for at least 4-7 days to assess tolerance. Once tolerance has been established, the user may increase dose to 3 capsules per 24 hour period. NEVER EXCEED 3 CAPSULES PER 24 HOUR PERIOD. Take with at least 6-8 oz. of water or your favorite caffeine-free beverage. Consuming TIGHT FEM on an empty stomach may cause nausea. Therefore, take the product with a meal or preferably immediately after.
