Helps with digestion
Great digestive aid - helps your stomach break down a heavy meal. Includes all the enzymes you need - to break down proteins, fats, carbs, sugars. This brand has at least 3 different enzymes which break down protein, including bromelain, which helps reduce inflammation. I find that I don’t get gas and stomach cramps if I take these before a meal. I have IBSD and these help, along with probiotics.
