Dangerously over-sugared

I hike in FL and CA mtns and deserts in up to 110 degree heat INDEX, temps up to 107. EFS has WAY too much sugar and dextrose for me, a basically pro level athlete doing about 40-50 miles a week. Normally I use CytoMax and add minerals to it as needed [Trace Minerals Research Electrolyte Stamina tablets and magnesium calcium]. EFS apparently sweetened this up so people will think it works - similar to a Gatorade or popular drink. Gave some to a non-athlete friend to rehydrate and she has to lie dawn for an hour to recover from the sugar high

Great product!

Ive used all kinds of hydration powders for cross country mountain bike racing and training. Of all the products Ive tried this one hasnt upset my stomach like other products and has a great taste that is not overpowering. It has a bit of a salty aftertaste but that is due to the higher amounts of sodium and less sugar to mask it with. I love that the product does not have any additional coloring in it. Overall I have used this in product for this last season and have felt great after every race I used it for.

The only real mineral replcement

Been using for 3 years now. It's the only formula that actually replaces significant amounts of potassium and other minerals lost through sweat. The rest are little more than powdered Gatorade. Glad to see EFS is now being sold on Allstar.
