The good news is it has no flavors or sweeteners. That's also the bad news. Applesauce seems to be the best 'mixer'.

The All One Kids multivitamin powder has a much better nutritional profile than any of the liquids or chewables. That's great, but it doesnt have any sweeteners or flavors...so like the label says, you have to be creative. I tried giving this to my nieces mixed in yogurt (as All One suggests) and that didn't fly. They would take it mixed into some chilled applesauce though; start with just a little bit at a time, dont give them a full scoop right away, work up to that. I was able to 'hide' 2 scoops inside a protein shake I made for them from vanilla syntrax protein mixed with orange juice. Hope these suggestions help if you decide to try this great multi out on your kids.
