Manufacturer's Directions
As a dietary supplement, blend 2 heaping scoops (309g) with 20-24 ounces of water or milk. For superior results, use 2 servings daily. 1 servings for breakfast and 1 serving post-workout. On non-training days, use 1 servings for breakfast and 1 serving in the afternoon.

This is the equivalent to drinking wet concrete. I wanted to try something to help me get extra calories in since I have a hard time eating my caloric intake. The scoop is as big as one full measuring cup for cooking. You need TWO dry cups of product for ONLY 1500 calories. So you need to double your serving to get the 3,000 calories. I love the ingredients, but I just can't get past the amount and consistency. I have mixed one scoop (half the suggested amount) with half a banana, 1 cup peanut butter, and agave nectar to taste, and 20 oz of milk. That helps, but still I can't imagine drinking this everyday let alone twice a day as suggested.

Horrible Taste

I purchased this fast gain because of the amount of calories per serving. To my surprise the product taste the way spoiled milk smells. I thought the taste might be different if I used milk but it was still horrible.
