My helper for lowering cholesterol.

I found that the addition of a heaping tablespoon of Barleans flax, chia, coconut added to my morning granola did a great job of lowering my cholesterol and it tastes good. It is much cheaper than prescription medication if it works for you. I got my package promptly and it was in great shape. I will continue to reorder it when I run out.
