L-Arginine (500mg) Overview
L-Arginine is an essential amino acid important in maintaining immune health and may even support heart health. Both men and women commonly use L-Arginine to support blood flow and sexual well being. *
L-Arginine is a popular sexual wellness supplement because of its ability to relax blood vessels and improve blood flow in the body. It remains an effective natural supplement for treating erectile dysfunction (ED) and a popular alternative to prescription medication. Women taking L-Arginine have also reported an increase in libido and desire from improved blood flow*
L-Arginine is currently being researched for its ability to positively affect the heart and cardiovascular system by improving blood flow. L-Arginine does this by increasing nitric oxide production, which translates to more oxygen being transported in the bloodstream. Additionally, L-Arginine has been shown to improve blood flow in the arteries directly surrounding the heart, reduce chest pain, coronary artery disease and angina. *
