Add 1 rounded scoop to 8-10 fl oz of cold water and mix until dissolved.
For maximum results, consume AIR SPEED 30-45 minutes prior to training on an empty stomach. We strongly recommend assessing your tolerance before trying more than 1 scoop, especially if you are sensitive to stimulants. However, after assessing your tolerance 2 level scoops may be necessary for some people to reach optimal performance. Do not exceed 2 scoops per training session.
