First off I'm 58 been lifting on and off my whole life probably tried 90 % off of the hardcore preworkouts. I'm not talking about c4 and the over priced garbage at Gnc. Might as well drink a red bull. I'm talking about top of the line hardcore stuff. I very seldom do reviews so listen what I have to say I care less about pumps don't stand in front of mirrors looking at myself I'm all about going to the gym and tear the heck out the weights for 3 hours if that's what you're into don't waste another dime stim8 the best 22 bucks for 40 servings. I've paid 60 bucks for 20 servings save your money you won't find anything better.

Amazing Pre-Workout
All Star employee here. I've spent years trying different pre- workouts and this might be one of the best I've found so far. Their watermelon flavor is definitely the best tasting supplement I've ever had. Took about 20 mins to kick in, great pump, definitely got the tingly sensation, increased sweating for sure because of the thermogenic matrix. Don't take within 4ish hours of sleeping, will affect your sleep. I'd just stick to the one scoop, it's enough, all-in-all, highly recommended.

Clumpy but works good.
Arrived nearly hard as cement, so I had to take time to break it all up back into usable powder form. But anyhow, it actually works very well. I use this formula for my weekly 6 hour high alpine mountain bike rides. I always seem to need to switch pre-workout formula's very very often as their initial effect only seems to last for a few uses before I no longer feel much of anything. But thus far, this is one of the one's that seems to keep working for me.

The Bees
I cycled off C4 for about 2 weeks just because of tolerance to the product. I went with Finaflex because I hadn't used it before and it was cheaper. The top of the bottle says start with 1/2 scoop and the directions say never use more than 1 scoop a day. On C4, I was doing roughly 2-3 scoops before a workout, so I ignored the label and did my regular dosage. Be warned, it will get you going! Sweating and tingling (in a good way). Fruit punch tasted good and the effects kicked in faster than I expected. If you're a 2-3 scooper, try one as directed first.
