Manufacturer's Directions
Adults: For good health, brain and nerve function take one capsule one to three times daily with food. For support of healthy blood triglyceride levels take two capsules three to four times daily with food.

want carrageenan free supplements

This supplmenet sounded good until I noticed that it contained carrageenan, so I won't buy it. Why include carrageenan in a supplement? Seems like there should be other alternatives. In the meantime, I'll have to look at other options for DHA.

Did not buy this product because...

I am looking for a vegan source of DHA that does not have carrageenan (known inflammatory agent and tumor promoter ~ Dr. Blaylock) in the capsule. Since this has carrageenan in the capsule, I did not buy it.
