Minami fish oil is superb

THE best fish oil, because the DHA and EPA are extracted using carbon dioxide instead of the typical method, which uses chemicals. The problems I find with almost all fish oils are that 1 they really upset my stomach, and 2 they are huge and difficult to swallow. The carbon dioxide extraction method eliminates both of those problems. It avoids the inevitable residue in the fish oil from the extraction chemicals. The majority of people arent bothered by that tiny residue, but some--like me--react strongly with unpleasant stomach discomfort. In addition, when carbon dioxide is used, the extraction process is a lot more productive, and results in a softgel thats a lot smaller than the usual fish oil monster, AND ALSO has a much higher dose.
