Great hydration for exercising without added sugar

My doctor advised me to use a similiar product but I didnt want all that sugar. Effer-C Orange is sweetened with stevia. It tastes great and the packets are convenient to stow in my back pack and add to my bottled water. Effer-C Orange keeps me hydrated when exercising on hot days, it prevents dehydration. I have tried some of the other flavors, but the organge flavor is the tastiest. I even add it to my daily smoothies, it improves the smoothie flavor. Allstarhealth is the most affordable place to purchase Effer-C Organge.

Sorry EmergenC. This has more vitamins, less sugar and costs less.

I've been a big fan of Alacer Emergen-C effervescent vitamin C powder for a long time. It's a great product but I've switched over to NOW's Effer-C. It's the same kind of product but contains more alpha lipoic acid, zinc and even has 5 mg of CoQ10. Plus it has less sugar. That's all I needed. Taste is as good or better than Emergen-C. Makes a good standalone vitamin C drink or throw some into your protein shakes to boost the nutrient content.
