Completely safe to take daily, NOW Flax Seed Oil promotes sound health, one tablespoon at a time.

Good product, with 1 difficulty

I bought a few bottles of this, and the product is great when mixed into my protein shakes. The one major issue I have with this is the Ligans seem to settle to the bottom of the bottle and set like a rock. I didn't realize this until I had gone thru 2 bottles, and the bottom of the bottle was "heavy". I use the bottle once a week when making shakes. In order to mix the Ligans that have set-up like concrete from the bottom of the bottle, I have to pound it against the counter and shake, it takes a couple of minutes of work to accomplish this. Other than the settling problem, the product is great.
